I wanted to apologize to everyone. Comcast had a backbone problem in my area, and all of my blogs, as well as my wifes went down. This only happened once before when a car took out a telephone pole in my area.
They seem to feel that they don’t have an obligation to notify the HIGH PAYING BUSINESS CLASS CUSTOMERS that there will be an outage, or they don’t feel the need to tell us when they are doing system work.
Outages are lost revenue as far as I am concerned.
We will see what Corporate says when I call them in the morning, as I am requesting credit for downtime, and inconvenience.
