Go Green

I have been reading more, and more articles about “Going Green.”  Going Green is basically finding ways to help the environment by doing something different. Working from home, or a home based business is a prime example. Both of these do not require the use of a vehicle, which emits hazardous wastes when used.

There are many ways in which you can Go Green in your daily activities.  Recycling your old computers, and electronics is another major way to help.  Thousands of electronics go to landfills currently, and those units contain lead for the most part.  That lead leaks out, and ends up in the earth, water, and environment.  Recycling paper is another.  For every ton of paper that is recycled we save approximatelly 7,000 gallons of water; 380 gallons of oil; and enough electricity to power an average house for six months.
