I was contacted about Shoprites Partners in Caring, which is a program that in the past 10 years has donated $2 million dollars a year, totalling $20 million dollars. This year the want to increase the awareness, and have created Bloggers in Caring, which I was asked if I wanted to participate in.
In my family we try not to take food for granted. We have all worked hard to not waste at any point.
To help start off the initiative General Mills, and Shoprite will donate 1 box of cereal for the first 30 comments on this posting.
If you know of a food donation collection that is going on, then Please drop something in it. It will make you feel better, and you will be helping someone else that isn’t as fortunate.
