Cell Phones and Saving

My wife, and I have had cell phones for many years, and I am always looking for a better deal.  I have gone through a lot of the carriers that exist, and read up on service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Today I was just playing around trying to help one of my wifes friends, and happened to stumble upon some really nice deals.  I prefer Sprint myself, but I know that others have Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, or one of the other big names.

I try to find a carrier that is going to give me the most bang for my buck.  I am on the Simply Everything plan, and it seems to be working for me.  Other people tell me that there signal quality is better, and I really wouldn’t know, as I am happy with the carrier I have, need not mention that I have been with Sprint/Nextel for as long as I can remember.  I am continually watching my wife to see if she is going over, but she actually uses the phone less than I could have imagined.  We mainly do a lot of Direct Connect time, which we absolutelly love.

A lot of the carriers offer FREE phones when you sign into a contract.  Big thing to remember is that you need to account for your worst usage, and then plan from there.
