Jersey Shore Might Not Be In NJ.

I have been reading on various tabloids that the “Jersey Shore” show may actually be going to another location in April.  It is rumored that they are going to Italy.  In my opinion they should go there, as maybe the “Real” Italians will put them in their place.  I haven’t worked Seaside in 2 years, and I can’t imagine that I missed much being that the film crews probably passed my workplaces several times a night.  The whole Jersey Shore thing is ridiculous as far as I am concerned.

What have those kids taught the kids that actually did watch it, or catch glimpses of it on tv?  Well they have taught kids that alcohol, sex, fighting, cheating, domestic violence, and more are OK.  What I did not know was that the police of Seaside are ruining the environment over there while the filming is going on.  I say this because my wife told me that when she went to the boardwalk the police told her to shut up when she was near where they were filming.  This is supposed to be reality tv.  The police shouldn’t be involved as far as I am thinking.  Let the film crews do their jobs.  I can understand a small bit of crowd control, but the SHPD is up the rear ends of anyone that is involved with the show.  People don’t seem to be able to walk near the house, walk near the so-called “Stars” of the show, and they also don’t let you walk freely around certain areas.  It should not be their position to say anything unless it was some sort of illegal act.

What do you think of the show?  I can’t stand it.  I find some of the parts funny, and that is only because I worked Seaside for the most part of 15 years, and saw everything that they do.  If any of that had gone down at the hotels I worked I guarantee that I would have been arrested, and some of the kids at the hotels would have also.

I will be glad when they go because the “Jersey Shore” phase of everyones lives will be gone along with the “GTL”, “DTF”, and everything else like the indoor tanning lotions, skanky clothes, and the fake Guidos.

What Is Wrong With Towns In My Area?

I live in South Toms River, NJ, and over the past few years I have gotten more, and more aggravated with the situation I am living in.  I live in a town that absolutelly nothing has changed in since I moved in back in the early 90’s.  When my mother in law had the house we are in she was paying @$1800 per year in taxes.  I know that taxes go up for the most part on a yearly basis.  Well, a few years back after our addition was done we got our new tax bill, and it was @$4500.  The wife and I have decided to appeal our taxes this year so that we can see where we get.  When I say that nothing has changed in our town… NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

In another town not far from mine a friend has a business that has “Emergency” vehicles.  They tend to police impounds, and other emergency work.  He was just telling me that the ordinance for the town makes it so he can have his truck at his home, but the police are going by the “Registered” weight.  My friend took his truck down to the official scales for vehicles and got a weight ticket.  He went back to the police and they said that they are interpreting that the truck loaded is overweight, and that is the weight they are going to work with no matter what.

Why are so many towns trying to beat the residents up?  Without the residents these towns won’t exist.

A Inspection Blunder That NJ Has Made

New Jersey has made many errors in the past, and it looks like they are going to keep making them.  Why would anyone make our inspections include less than they do?  The inspections are meant to keep everyone safe.  By removing certain components of the NJ State Inspection system everyone on the road will now be subject to unsafe motor vehicles whether we want to, or not.

Read the PDF file that explains this by clicking –>DMVInspection.

I see no reason for making this big of a change.  If they are going to do this, then maybe the insurance companies should give a break to the people that have cars that are completely safe.  I know of a lot of people that are going to love this change.  This is because they are too cheap to fix their car correctly, or just refuse to fix it correctly.

What are your thoughts on this?
