While my wife is succeeding at dieting, I can’t fathom changing my eating habits to do what she has done. I have looked at several other options, including appetite suppressants.
Due to the fact that I like to snack at odd times these may help me feel more full than I am, which will result in me not wanting as much extra food. My wife has lost @75 lbs in 24 weeks. I am not an extremelly overweight person, but I do need to watch my eating habits so that my health isn’t negativelly effected.
I will see the doctor in a month, and see what he has to say before I make any major decisions about my eating habits.
